Sherm Feller addressed the crowd at Fenway Park for 26 years with his gravelly voice. In his career, he also worked as a disc jockey and song writer. It wasn’t a game at Fenway until you heard his signature, “Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to Fenway Park.”

5. Yastrzemskibooooooooo

The sound made by PA announcer Sherm Feller announcing Carl Yastrzemski and the fans reaction to the announcement. This was last heard in early 1975. By the end of that season, Yastrzemski was once again a hero to Red Sox fans and remained so the the rest of his career.
